The goal of the N2N Coalition is to create a
neighbor helping neighbor program through
best practice models tailored to meet local
needs by:

  1. Bringing together county partners
    involved in social isolation/neighborhood
    “helping” programs to identify resources,
    duplications, and gaps
  2. Developing a Clallam County Profile on
    these programs and map the many
    neighborhoods in which these services
    could be replicated
  3. Creating a model tailored to Clallam
    County older adults
  4. Find funds for pilot projects, then
    implement a long-term model
